Karl S. Helfrich
CPA, Attorney-At-Law, President, Founder
Karl has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1984 and founded the firm in 1990. He attended John Carroll University, earning his Bachelor degree. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA).

Executive Associate
Karl Jr. began with the firm in a part-time capacity in 2013 and became a full-time associate in 2018. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2017 and is currently working toward obtaining his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
Janet Pachinger
Associate
Janet has been with the firm as an associate since 1998 and is proficient in bookkeeping, write-up services, payroll, payroll taxes, and financial statement services.
Sharon Horval
Administrative Assistant
Sharon is an administrative assistant and has been with the firm since 2019.
